Teaching and research interests:
Interdisciplinary issues that examine the interface between operations and areas such as marketing, accounting, information systems and engineering design. Has conducted field
studies with Caterpillar, IBM, Ford, GM and Heinz on managerial issues spanning technology, strategy and processes. Recent research interests focus on e-commerce implementation at the Center for e-Business Innovation founded by Pricewaterhouse Coopers at Carnegie Mellon.
