The Career Opportunities Center values its long term relationships with Tepper Alumni. We are pleased to offer a variety of career services to our alumni community. Our philosophy is that the job search tools you acquire in business school will constantly be revisited throughout your career.

We hope that the resources found on the Career Opportunities Center's pages will provide you with the guidance you will need to begin a successful job search.

Additionally, we are happy to grant our Tepper Alumni access to Symplicity Career Services Manager (CSM) at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon. Symplicity’s CSM replaces our previous recruiting software, eCampus Recruiter’s EASE system. In order to obtain access, please make sure  you have signed the Alumni Code of Conduct and it is faxed back to 412-268-4146. Once you have completed this process, you will receive an email with information on how to access Simplicity.
